A word on mindfulness

Us humans tend to naturally run on autopilot. We tend to go about our daily routines by default, meaning we don’t consciously take in what we’re doing, seeing and experiencing. Mindfulness aims to go against this way of thinking and being. Mindfulness is the simple human ability to be fully present, conscious of where we are and what we’re doing. How to Beat the Hay Fever

Hay Fever and allergies commonly occur in spring but many people can suffer from symptoms all year round. Airborne allergens include pollens (from grasses, flowers or trees) and animal fur, pet dander or dust mites.
