To ensure that the data that you provide in your feedback is as reliable as possible we require that you submit your feedback form online no less that 48hrs your visit.
Please be aware that after submitting your form Head office may be in contact with you to clarify any information that is unclear.
I was unsuccessful, can I apply again?
Our program receives an overwhelming number of applicants, however unfortunately there are only a small number of positions available. If you were unsuccessful in this instance, we will be looking for new shoppers for our next campaign shortly and we encourage you to reapply!
Please note, registering your details on our website does not constitute a complete registration with Greg’s Chemist, if a new position arises at your desired store, or if you wish to reapply for a position at a different store please reapply on our webpage.
Will registering mean that I am signing up for Greg’s?
Registering for our mystery shopper does not sign you up for our Greg’s loyalty program. To sign up to the Greg’s loyalty club please visit our bene ts page on our website.
How will I be reimbursed for my purchases?
Your purchase (up to the value of $50) will be reimbursed into your nominated bank account up to 7working days after you have completed and submitted your feedback form online.
Greg’s gift vouchers may also be awarded to shoppers who complete their shop early and provide detailed feedback.
Please keep a copy of your receipt as this will stream line the reimbursement process and will serve as proof of purchase. Retaining your receipt will also assist with refreshing your memory if you have difficulty recalling exact times or staff member names.
Please be reminded that due to law restrictions prohibiting promoting the sales of prescription and Scheduled medication (eg; Pharmacy Only, Pharmacist Only medicine) only retail items will be reimbursed.
When do I get paid $50
At the Workshop conclusion, $50 cash payment will be paid in advance to
each Mystery Shopper. Mystery Shoppers will be required to sign a document acknowledging that they have received payment.
Please note: Payment is awarded in advance is with the intention to assist with making the in store purchase at the designated store and is in good faith that the shopper will complete their assigned task correctly and in the required time frame.
If the mystery shopper is unable to complete their shop or submit their form online they will be required to return the payment.
The aim of our Mystery Shopper program is to collect unbiased customer feedback strictly from a customer perspective. It is important that you do not disclose to any staff member within the store that you are a ‘mystery shopper’
It is important that you also do not share the information gained from this program with any third parties. This includes written and verbal communication.
Your written consent adhering to this agreement will be required before you participate in the program.
Further Terms and conditions
By applying you agree to our terms and conditions and consent to communication from us. False or misleading entrants will render the entrant ineligible.
Reimbursement for any other expenses will not be given unless stated otherwise.
